Good Morning, thank you for the time that given to me. My Name is Dwipa Rajendra, you can call me Dwi. I was born on 12th March 2001.I am single. I am from Jimbaran but I live in Jalan Diponogoro No. 15, Denpasar. I graduated from Tourism Training Center, Celebrity Cruise line College Denpasar focused on Food and Beverage Departement. At this moment I am working as a waiter at the Grand Hyatt Bali Hotel. My hobby is fishing and playing football.

I am a hard worker, I have two years working experience as a waiter, I am an attention to details, I have an excellent communication skill, and I am a good team player.

Greatest Weakness

My greatest Weakness is :

I am too critical of myself and often feel like I am not giving my best or like dissoppoint the people I work with. 

So...This often led me to overwork myself, burn out, or feel inferior to my colleagues, although my leaders hadn't complained about my performance.

I cannot say 'no' if some one ask for a help. 

So... I need to manage my time frame-work to finish my work first, at least I have time to help some one. 

Lack of Confidence

Some times I have lack of confidence to something or do something. 

So... I need to always double check on it to make sure it is really work or really able for serve for best.
